Think pink!

Margot started off her birthday morning with pancakes and watching a few minutes of her favorite movie, One Fine Day, before going to school to play with her friends on Water Day. Margot's teacher made her a special crown to wear and it showed that she felt extra special. While she was at school, a new dresser and some beautiful framed prints for her bedroom arrived. After nap time it was time for her "party." Margot requested a pink party, with a pink cake, olive pizza and some of her favorite people, and that is what she received. She reluctantly wore a new pink dress and for the first time got to wear her Saint Elizabeth necklace. Margot opened lots (scratch that Jude and Hudson opened lots) of loved gifts, including a play kitchen and accessories, a pink scooter, clothes and books. Everyone sang to the birthday girl and afterward she shyly asked Jude to help blow out her candles. Jude blew out one and left the other one for his sister. Without surprise Margot enjoyed eating her pink cake and ice cream and then showed off her whisking skills in the kitchen. Once the house cleared of guests, Margot practiced her scooter skills down the hall. It was day filled with lots of love and lots of pink in honor of our very sweet two year old little girl.
