Oatmeal Cookies with Pistachios and Milk Chocolate Chips

These Anytime Oatmeal Cookies have become a regular favorite in this household, except the mix-ins keep changing and somehow the flavor combos keep getting better and better. I didn't think there was anyway to get better than the toffee variation (recipe here) but pistachios and milk chocolate chips take the cake. (I thought we were talking about cookies...) Anyway, even the husband (who says he "hate" nuts in things) declared these his new favorite cookie.

The conversation went as stated below (I may or may not be paraphrasing here):

Me: You say every cookie is your favorite cookie each time a new kind comes around. And
        you always forget that you said that exact same thing last time.

Husband: Hmmm, I do?

Me: I thought, you said that the Oatmeal Toffee Cookies were your favorite. Wouldn't you
       prefer toffee to pistachios?

Husband:  Hmmm, I don't remember the Oatmeal Toffee Cookies.

To make these cookies follow the recipe for the Anytime Oatmeal Cookies but omit the cinnamon and raisins and add 1/3 cup chopped pistachios and 1/2 to 3/4 cup (I didn't measure) milk chocolate chips.
